"The room was tiny, the best part was the high water pressure of the shower. Room service was good, and cleaners were helpful and courteous. It would be great if the hotel bus service can be extended before 10am and beyond 6pm. The two lifts could be a constrain as it could be slow during high peak hours. Overall, I had little complaint. "I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Very spacious room with a great view. The location is superb too, right besides the metro, shops and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and nice. The young guy at the concierge went extra mile to help me. I wanted a taxi to go to Shenzhen right away but there is no taxi waiting outside and he’s not sure if any taxi would come soon if he called them so he went outside to search for taxis until he found one. He also took me to the taxi, helped me with my luggage, and told me I should get a receipt from the taxi driver when I arrive. I cannot thank him enough for this. Thank you very much! What a wonderful experience! I will definitely stay there again! "
